COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“T&Cs”) 

How to participate

  1. This competition is operated by SMG (UK) Limited (trading as “ASM Global”) company number 00821116 whose registered office address is Manchester Arena, Hunts Bank, Manchester, M3 1AR, which is the operator of Becketwell Live, Derby (the “Venue”). ASM Global is the promoter of this competition.  
  2. You can enter this competition on the Becketwell Live Facebook, Instagram, X and/or LinkedIn page. To enter, you must: 
    - Like/follow the relevant channel  
    - Like the post announcing the competition  
    - Tag someone in the comments of the competition announcement post.  
  3. ASM Global accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault (technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure) of any kind. 
  4. The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the T&Cs of this competition, and in the event of a conflict, these T&Cs take precedence. 
  5. You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these T&Cs upon entry to the competition. Entries that do not comply with these T&Cs will be void and will not be entered into the competition. 
  6. There is no limit on the number of times you enter the competition.  
  7. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.  
  8. ASM Global reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. ASM Global may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry and the Prize may be withheld until and unless ASM (in its sole discretion) is satisfied with the verification. 
  9. ASM accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries, notices, acceptances, tickets or other documents related to the Prize. 
    1. There is no entry fee for entering the competition.

Start date

  1. The competition will start at 25th February 2025. 

Closing Date 

  1. The competition will close at 23:59 UK time on 10th March 2025. Entries received after this time will be void and will not be entered into the competition. 

Prize(s)

  1. The prize(s) consists of the following: 
    1. One pair of general admission tickets to An evening with Lee Carsley, Paul Williams and Dean Sturridge (the “Event”). 
    2. One pair of tickets will be given away on each of the following Becketwell Live social channels: 
      - Facebook 
      - Instagram 
      - X 
      - LinkedIn 
  2. Each prize is non-transferable and does not include any additional costs and expenses (including travel, food, drinks and accommodation) not listed in condition 4.1 above. 
  3. The Winner and any permitted companions will be solely responsible for travel to the Venue and all other expenses.  
  4. ASM assumes no responsibility and is not liable for any costs, charges or expenses which Winners may be required to pay at any time in connection with a Prize. 
  5. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and there is no cash alternative available. 
  6. If the Event, due to take place on 11th April 2025, is rescheduled for any reason, the prize will be valid for any rescheduled date. 
  7. If the Event is cancelled for any reason, the prize will be void and no alternative prize will be made available, subject to condition 4.6. 
  8. ASM Global reserves the right to replace the prize(s) at condition 4.1 with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond ASM Global’s control make it necessary to do so. 

Eligibility

  1. This competition is open to everyone aged 18 years or over who is a UK resident, except: 
    - employees of the Venue; 
    - employees of agents or suppliers of the Venue, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or 
    - members of the immediate families or households of the individuals referred to in conditions 5.1.1 and 5.1.2 above. 
  2. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize.  ASM Global may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw. 

Selection of the winner

  1. There will be one winner of each prize listed at condition 4.1, which will be determined by a competition. 
  2. The competition shall take place the week commencing Monday 10th March 2025. 
  3. The winners will be selected at random by a computer process from all entries correctly received in accordance with these T&Cs. The decision of ASM Global regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same. 
  4. ASM Global will contact the winner directly via the platform they entered the competition. 
  5. If the winner cannot be contacted, elects not to accept the prize, or does not respond to the notification and claim the prize within twenty-eight (28) days, the prize will be forfeited and ASM Global will be entitled to select an alternative winner in accordance with the process described above from the remaining eligible entries. ASM will not be responsible for any inability of a prize winner to take up the specified Prize. 
  6. The winner will be required to comply with the Venue’s Terms of Entry. 
  7. We reserve the right at all times to exclude or disqualify you on reasonable grounds (eg. if you have cheated, provided false information, used the Prize Draw to offend others, or otherwise acted in bad faith) and you will have no right of recourse against ASM Global.  

Publicity and personal data

  1. By entering this Prize Draw, you agree to your personal data being used, collected, stored and processed by ASM Global to process your entry and to contact you about your entry. ASM Global will use your personal data only in accordance with these T&Cs and our Privacy Policy.  
  2. Your personal data will only be used for the purpose of the Prize Draw, unless you also elect to sign up to the Venue’s newsletter. 
  3. You acknowledge that you may be asked by ASM Global to participate in publicity relating to this Prize Draw if you are selected as a winner. 
  4. If the prize includes tickets to an event then for the purpose of administering the ticket allocation, ASM reserves the right to exchange information and data regarding tickets and applications with third party ticket providers and/or service providers. 

General

  1. While nothing in these T&Cs will limit ASM Global’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, ASM Global will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to ASM Global or to the entrant at the time of entry to the Prize Dr    aw or which are caused by a third party. Your statutory rights are not affected. 
  2. You will release ASM and its affiliates, partners and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and or damage, theft, or loss suffered in connection with this Prize Draw or the use or acceptance of a prize. 
  3. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these T&Cs, ASM Global reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude you from participating in the Prize Draw. 
  4. ASM Global reserves the right, at any time without giving prior notice, to: suspend, cancel or amend the Prize Draw; amend these T&Cs; declare void the notification of winner(s); and/or allocate available prizes by conducting a simple draw from all wrongly allocated winners if necessary. By continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these T&Cs, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms. 
  5. If any provision of these T&Cs is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid. 
  6. These T&Cs will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.  
  7. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
