Accessibility
'Ambulant' positions are for patrons with disabilities/conditions that are unable to use general arena seating/standing. Patrons requiring a hearing induction system or other services (BSL/Audio Description etc) should contact the venue via accessibility@becketwelllive.co.uk. The accessible ticket policy limits one free carer ticket to each accessible ticket purchased. If you need more than one essential companion or additional positions in your booking, please contact the venue via accessibility@becketwelllive.co.uk. By purchasing an accessible ticket with an essential companion, you confirm that you, or a member of your party, require this position. Proof of eligibility/disability must be provided before the event - you will be contacted by Ticketmaster no later than 72 hours after your order. Please note, to ensure accessible customers receive priority, tickets may be cancelled if misuse is suspected/found.
You can find all information about travel to and from Becketwell Live, including public transport routes and the best options for accessible guests, on our Getting Here page.
You can find our recommended car parks on our Getting Here page.
Walking aids (i.e. crutches, walking sticks, protective boots) are allowed into the seated areas but unfortunately, due to the unpredictability of crowd movement on the floor, these aren’t allowed in the standing area on standing floor events. To ensure you are booking the most suitable seat please contact us on hello@becketwelllive.co.uk.
If you already have tickets, just drop us an e-mail to check your requirements.
Becketwell Live's auditorium has step free access with lifts to all other levels.
We work hard to make our venue as accessible as possible. Step-free access is available to the venue's main entrance and to accessible seating via lifts to upper floors, and concourse bars feature lowered access for those using wheelchairs.
We are happy to confirm that Becketwell Live will feature a Changing Places toilet on the ground floor, providing a fully wheelchair accessible bathroom. You can find out more about Changing Places here.
We have an infra-red hearing assistance system available in the auditorium and a hearing loop system in other spaces. Please contact hello@becketwelllive.co.uk for more information.
We’ll do everything we can to make sure you’re safe and comfortable. If you need to carry medication, email us at hello@becketwelllive.co.uk before the show. We’ll be happy to help.
